Alex trained with world famous Raymond Blanc for four years at his 3 Michelin star restaurant in Oxfordshire and went on to learn different styles under John Campbell in his highly acclaimed Michelin Star establishment. A successful restaurant of her own followed with husband David, as did widespread recognition in Wales and beyond. Alex went on to become a personal chef, Alex is now creating a regional franchises business for other talented chefs. Alex also teaches regularly at Llanerch Food School, runs the national Your Chef business and still finds time to cook for her clients!
