Payment will be taken in full by the hotel at the time of booking. Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment has been taken. Once payment has been received guests will receive a 4-digit pin code for access to the building. Please note that City Quarters may require a GBP 150 security deposit at the time of booking, which will be refunded the following Monday. A 3.5% surcharge is added to payments made using American Express cards. CityQuarters may request an ID to be supplied for the card holder.
